This press conference was held at the Utah State Capitol to address issues involving the request for proposals recently issued for buying electronic voting machines for the state of Utah. Several local TV stations and newspapers were on hand.

The speakers warned against using voting machines without publicly available source code, and without a voter-verifiable paper trail.
